Ingredients
  • 1 Small Box of Spaghetti (can use whole wheat)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped in Bite-Size Pieces
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped in Bite-Size Pieces
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped in Bite-Size Pieces
  • 1 Small Can Black Olives, Halved
  • 1 Cup Small Brocolli Florets
  • 1 Cup Snow Peas
  • Other Veggies as desired
  • 1 Package Louis Kemp Imitation Crab Meat (in chunks)
  • 1/2 to 1 Full Small Bottle Italian Dressing

Directions
  1. Cook entire box of spaghetti. Drain spaghetti, and place in a large bowl and set in the fridge to cool.
  2. Place vegetables into a microwavable container. Add a little bit of water to the container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on High for about two minutes- just enough time to lightly steam (but not completely cook) the vegetables. Drain the vegetables and let them cool.
  3. Break apart the crab meat into smaller chunks, slightly smaller than bite size (you can do this while the vegetables are cooking).
  4. Mix the spaghetti noodles, vegetables, crab meat, and 1/2 of the bottle of Italian dressing together in a very large bowl. Adjust the Italian dressing to taste.
  5. Refridgerate the pasta salad and let it cool completely before eating.
