Ingredients
  • 1 frying chicken, disjointed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 C rice
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 2-1/2 C water
  • 1/2 C margarine

Directions
  1. season chicken with salt & pepper
  2. Combine rice,soup mix, salt and water in baking dish
  3. arrange chicken over rice; dot with margarine.
  4. cover with aluminum foil
  5. bake at 350*
