This is a great recipe for the holidays. Can make into a large cheese ball OR mix a larger amount, form a Christmas Tree, cover with chopped parsley, use pimento for garlands, and black olives. Great for parties.

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • .4 ounce package Hidden Valley Original Ranch salad dressing mix (buttermilk recipe)
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • GARNISH: Chopped parsley or chopped nuts, pimento, black olives, if forming a Christmas tree

Directions
  1. In food processor, or using an electric mixer, blend cream cheese with Hidden valley mix
  2. Add Cheddar cheese and mix well
  3. Form into large ball, or may place in a crock *
  4. May be covered with chopped nuts or parsley
  5. *NOTE: If making a Christmas tree, form into shape of tree, cover with chopped parsley, make pimento garlands, add black olives
  6. FESTIVE and a VERY NICE PRESENTATION!
