Stuff Spinach Chicken Thigh

- 2 bag of baby spinach washed cut leaves into half shopping list
- 2-1/4 cups grated mozzarela cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 2 grove of garlic crushed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 8 chicken thigh skinless (2 lb.) shopping list
- 8 large tooth pic shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Combine mozzarela cheese, spinach, basil and garlic, mix well.
- PLACE chicken thigh on cutting board cut the upper thigh side way and removed bone,( don't cut it all the way though) leave the bone on the bottom half for handle ( removed all meat on the buttom half) Place chicken, top-sides down, spread evenly with stuffing mixture , tightly roll up chicken, close it with a tooth pic.Place down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle evenly with salt and pepper.
- BAKE 40 min. until chicken is cook and tender. Removed tooth pic and arrange it nicely cut onto your serving plate. ENJOY
