Three Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Sauce:

125 ml vinegar

187 ml sugar

15 ml sweet basil

7,5 ml mustard

125 ml oil

Salad:

1 onion, finely chopped

1 greenpepper, chopped

1 can butterbeans (410 g)

1 can french cut beans (410 g)

1 can baked beans (410 g)

Directions

Sauce:

Cook everything on the stovetop for 2 minutes together.

Salad:

Mix everything together.

Pour sauce over.

Let stand overnight in fridge.

This one is slightly different to my mom's recipe. She doesn't cook the sauce, i remember shaking it in a shaker to melt the sugar lol... and I don't think hers has mustard. Thanks for the new variation!

I'll get hers too and add it up after I've made it myself ;)
