I came up with this years ago, it's a quick n easy dish, but very good n filling. The lefy overs are good to use for beef n noodles

Ingredients
- 3-4 LB beef roast
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 3 cups water
- 7-8 beef boulion cubes or can use beef soup base
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all to a crock pot.Cook 8 hours on low. When Roast is done remove n set aside to cool. To broth in crock pot add a mixture of flour n water( I usualy use 1 c water n 3/4 c flour well mixed) whisk so there are no lumps. Shred cooled beef n add back to crock pot, cook till your ready to eat.
