Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves; minced
  • 1/4 c. Sliced green onions
  • 3 large tomatoes; peeled and diced
  • 2 T. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 pound angel hair pasta; uncooked
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices Cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. chopped cooked chicken

Directions
  1. In large skillet, heat olive oil.
  2. Add garlic and green onions, stir-fry for one minute.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Prepare pasta until al dente; drain.
  5. Toss tomato mixture with hot pasta and add crubled bacon & chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
