How to make it

  • Thread shrimp and scallops on skewers. Brush with spicy chili bean GLAZE. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill baby yellow squash and cherry tomatoes in grill pan until just tender. Grill shrimp and scallops for 4 to 5 minutes, turning and basting frequently, until opaque. Place skewers and vegetables on bed of raw spinach and serve.

    Sounds great, but since at the moment I sm in France, no glaze. Worse, no sour cream. Oh well, not fopr too much longer
