Horseradish Jelly

- 3 cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 6 ounces liquid pectin shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan combine sugar, horseradish and vinegar over medium heat.
- Cook stirring constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil then stir in pectin.
- Boil 1 minute stirring constantly them remove from heat.
- Skim foam from top of jelly then pour into sterilized jars and seal.
