A very nice and very impressive dip to take to any occasion when you want to make a good impression. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 pound shrimp cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Heat soup to boiling then dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup.
  2. Blend cream cheese until smooth then fold in celery, onion, shrimp and mayonnaise.
  3. Pour into lightly oiled mold then chill until set.
  4. Invert to plate and serve with crackers.
