Ribeye Steaks Topped With Bleu Cheese Recipe
These are incredible. The addition of bleu cheese to ribeyes can't posibbly be a bad thing, right? This is one of my favorite steak recipes. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 ribeye steaks
  • Crumbled bleu cheese

Directions
  1. Combine seasonings and mix well.
  2. Generously coat steaks with mixture on all sides.
  3. Discard any excess seasoning mix.
  4. On gas or charcoal grill cook steaks turning once almost to desired doneness.
  5. Just before steaks are done sprinkle tops with bleu cheese.
  6. Cook until cheese melts and browns slightly about 1 minute.

Ribeyes and blue cheese...is there anything better, besides coupling it with my sauteed vermouth mushrooms, a dirty martini a big buttery/sourcreamy baked potato and a nice salad with the trimmings and coffee for dessert??
