Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound dried shrimp
  • 1 medium onion sliced thinly
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon heaping salt
  • vinegar

Directions
  1. Place ingredient in quart mason jar cover with vinegar which has been diuted w equal part water.
  2. Shake well let stand 3 days
