How to make it

  • Combine breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, pepper and paprika in a large bowl
  • Fold in crabmeat
  • Shape into 6 crab cakes
  • Melt 2 T. butter over medium heat
  • Add 3 crab cakes to skillet and saute for 3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown)
  • Repeat for remaining crab cakes
