Crab Cakes

- 1/2 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 lg. egg shopping list
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 t. dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 t. paprika shopping list
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat (picked and drained) shopping list
- 1/4 c. butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, pepper and paprika in a large bowl
- Fold in crabmeat
- Shape into 6 crab cakes
- Melt 2 T. butter over medium heat
- Add 3 crab cakes to skillet and saute for 3 minutes on each side (or until golden brown)
- Repeat for remaining crab cakes
