How to make it

  • Combine sherry, stock powder and plum sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan, add pork and brown over high heat. Remove from pan. Set aside.
  • Heat extra oil to pan and reheat. Add ginger, garlic and onion. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, red pepper and carrot. Cook, stirring over moderate heat for 2 minutes. Add sauce mixture and pork. Cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring or until the pork is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Season with black pepper. Serve on rice
