Pork and Vege stirfry

- 1 Tbsp sherry shopping list
- 2 tsp vegetable stock powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup plum sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp oil shopping list
- 500 g pork steak, sliced shopping list
- 2 tsp oil, extra shopping list
- 2 tsp grated fresh root ginger shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- 1 onion, cut into wedges shopping list
- 2 cups broccoli florets shopping list
- 1 red capsicum, sliced shopping list
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sherry, stock powder and plum sauce. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan, add pork and brown over high heat. Remove from pan. Set aside.
- Heat extra oil to pan and reheat. Add ginger, garlic and onion. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, red pepper and carrot. Cook, stirring over moderate heat for 2 minutes. Add sauce mixture and pork. Cook for a further 2 minutes, stirring or until the pork is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Season with black pepper. Serve on rice
