Thought it would be cool to add a couple of useful cooking related tips as well, not too sure if anyone else is doing this, but in a way useful hints are a recipe for success! Hope you enjoy or use them...
Ingredients
- Liquid cream deconstitutes itself if frozen, when thawed it looks rancid and can't be whipped, although it can still be used for cooking... shopping list
How to make it
- Solution:
- The only real option is to whip it first, spoon blobs out onto a lightly buttered paper and freeze...when frozen transfer the cream to sealed plastic bags asap....you can also use decorative nozzles, and use them with a retained shape for deserts or iced drinks
