  • Liquid cream deconstitutes itself if frozen, when thawed it looks rancid and can't be whipped, although it can still be used for cooking...

  2. The only real option is to whip it first, spoon blobs out onto a lightly buttered paper and freeze...when frozen transfer the cream to sealed plastic bags asap....you can also use decorative nozzles, and use them with a retained shape for deserts or iced drinks
