Ingredients
  • 4 kleine, feste Tomaten – entkernen + in je 4 Scheiben schneiden
  • 300g Mozzarella - in 8 Scheiben schneiden + halbieren
  • Butter
  • 4 Scheiben Toastbrot – mit Butter bestreichen +
  • diagonal durchschneiden +
  • auf jedes Dreieck eine Tomatenscheibe +
  • eine halbierte Mozzarella Scheibe +
  • eine halbierte Sardelle legen
  • Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano – würzen

Directions
  1. Den Backofen auf 200° vorheizen.
  2. Tipp: Zusammen mit dem chinesischen Spargelsalat ein kleines Frühlingsgedicht!
