Although I'm not a big fan of microwave cooking, this recipe is great when in a hurry...same method applys for stove top cooking but double the time, I prefer eating a soup/stew the next day when the flavour is inhanced!

Ingredients
  • 500g lean ground mince
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped gren capsicum
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 med onion chopped
  • 1 clove garli,chopped
  • 1 can peeled plum tomatoes

Directions
  1. Place beef,onion,garlic and green capsicum in a large casserole dish...cover and cook on high for 5 mins.
  2. remove casserole and stir until beef is well broken, drain if nessasary.
  3. Add tomatoes,including remaining liquid in can, stir to break up tomatoes, then add remaining ingreds and cover and cook on high for 10 mins...
