Salmon Pate

- 225g can salmon shopping list
- salt n pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 75g soft butter shopping list
How to make it
- Drain and mash salmon, add butter,lemon rind and juice and beat until blended, add salt n pepper to taste.
- Firmly press into a small serving bowl and chill 6-12 hours or overnight.
