Ingredients
  • 225g can salmon
  • salt n pepper
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 75g soft butter

Directions
  1. Drain and mash salmon, add butter,lemon rind and juice and beat until blended, add salt n pepper to taste.
  2. Firmly press into a small serving bowl and chill 6-12 hours or overnight.
