This to me is like a poor mans pie, when theres no pastry in the house, and can't be bothered making some...Don't under estimate these though, as everyone loves them

Hooch

 Does this look good? Yeah! / Nope
Ingredients
  • 18 thin slices of bread
  • 2 rashers of bacon
  • 1 Tbsp parsley,chopped
  • 1 egg
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 310g cream style corn
  • 1/4 c tasty cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Spread each slice of bread with butter and push gently into patty tins (crusts can be left on or removed)
  2. Bake for 5 mins at 190.c
  3. combine all other ingreds and spoon evenly into cases,return to oven and bake for a further 15 mins or until golden...cool slightly and serve...Yummy
