Apricots With Buttered Brown Sugar Recipe

	Rosemaryblue / All my dishes 2 years, 1 month ago SO EASY! Great dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is one of our favorites, and the recipe is always requested. It is also a wonderful dish for buffets. Goes so well with poultry and pork. Enjoy! Prep:10m Cook:49m Servings:8	Rosemaryblu
	apricots brown sugar butter ritz crackers

Ingredients

3-17 ounce cans apricots, drained

4 ounces Ritz crackers, crushed

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Directions

Place drained apricots in bottom of 9x13x2inch baking dish

Sprinkle brown sugar over apricots

Mix melted butter with crushed crackers

Sprinkle butter-cracker mixture over brown sugar

Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes
