One Egg Banana Bread

This recipe is very easy to prepare and is delicious! During the holidays I make several mini-loaves and give to neighbors, mail-carrier, and co-workers.
Ingredients
- 3 large well-ripened bananas, mashed shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 stick of butter, melted shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup of flour shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup nuts, optional (I use whole pecans and set on top of bread. This causes the pecans to toast and gives the bread an added kick) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl; pour into a well greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for about 60 minutes, or until knife or toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
