How to make it

  • Prepare the Chicken breast by cutting into small chunky squares, ensuring to cut off all the fatty bits.
  • Marriande the chicken in a dish with about 5 tbl spoons full of Soy Sauce for approx 30 mins.
  • Wash and prepare all of the veg. Cut the baby corn in to half. slice the onion into long slices. chop the brocilli into small bitesize 'trees'. Using a veg peeler, cut the carrots into thin slices.
  • Heat your wok as hot as you can get it and put a small amount of oil in, leave to heat.
  • As soon as smoke is coming out of the wok, put the chicken in and stir until chicken is golden brown.
  • Add the carrot, baby corn, mange tout and broccilli and carry n stirring.
  • Add 3 tbsp of water and stir for 3 mins.
  • Add the Peanut (satsy) sauce and stir for 3 mins.
  • Place all of this in a serving dish and keep warm, i suggest in the oven
  • Rince the wok out with water and place back on the hob.
  • Put the onions in the wok and fry for 2 mins.
  • Put the Beansprouts and noodles into the wok with as much soy sauce needed for your taste, i recomend about 6 tbsps.
  • Keep stirring for about 4 mins, or until they are cooked to your satifaction.
  • Serve with the Chicken on a warmed plate, I recomend serving with prawn crakers as well!!!!!!
  • Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
