Corn Pudding Recipe

Corn Pudding Recipe
This dish is a sweet corn casserole. Goes great at holiday functions, esp Thanksgiving, and Christmas. There is never any left, and is fun to see people that have never tried it to go back for seconds.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Cream Corn
  • 2Cups Whole (drained) Corn
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter or (Marg)
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk (can use reg. milk)
  • 1/4 Cup Flour

Directions
  1. I mix right in the 13x9 baking dish all ingredients with a fork till blended.
  2. Bake at 350
  3. 1Hour till (light) golden brown on top, and most liquid is absorbed. It will still have some liquid to it.
  4. This dish is pretty fail safe.. add a lil more of this a lil less of that it still tastes great everytime.
  5. If a large get together such as holiday, you may want to make a extra so that all get to have some.(this has been a problem in the past)
