Ingredients

Oil for frying (deep fryer, fry pan, or sauce pan)@ 2-3 cups

1 1/2 Cups Milk

2 Eggs

2 Cups Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

3/4 Cup Powder Sugar

Directions

In a large bowl Beat Eggs and Milk.

Combine Flour, Baking Powder,Cinnamon,Salt.

Stir Dry ingredients into Egg mixture until smooth.

Cover Funnel hole with 1 hand, Pour in 1 cup of batter into oil.. starting from center in a swirling motion to make 6-7 inch round squigly designs.

the thinner you keep your design the crisper it will be (this is not like pancakes).

Fry both sides till golden brown(this goes very quick)

Drain oil off

Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.

Enjoy

* For kids Spell their name or initials

** can use anything that will pour the batter in thin lines(spoon,cup)
