Onion Garlic Potatoes Recipe

Onion Garlic Potatoes Recipe
This uses canned lil new potatoes. Goes great with steak, chicken, pork. bbq. Everyone loves them, but even better they are super fast for the end product. No one will think they are from a can !

Ingredients
  • 2 Cans Whole or Sliced New Potatoes.
  • 1/2 Cup butter (can use less if needed).
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic (if you have) or just sprinkle garlic powder or salt to taste.
  • 1 Large Onion( sliced how you prefer ) I hold the onion and cut lil chunks out as I spin the onion, seems faster.
  • Pepper to taste.

Directions
  1. Melt Butter in sauce or fry pan.
  2. Cut or slice Onion into melted butter.
  3. Add minced garlic now if you have it.
  4. Saute till slightly tender. @ 2 Minutes
  5. Drain Potatoes.
  6. Cut into slices or wedges if not already purchased that way.
  7. Gently stir potatoes into the onions.
  8. Sprinkle with garlic salt & pepper to taste
  9. Cook together till all is warm @ 2 Minutes.
  10. I sprinkle parsley flakes in sometimes to add a lil color.
  11. This goes very fast, the onions take the longest, feel free to add green pepper, or ham chunks even for variety.
