Totilla Casserole

- 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 (10.5 oz ) can black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained shopping list
- 1 medium-sized green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped shopping list
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, cored seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) package pepper Jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 8 (7 inch) flour tortillas shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F. Mix the chicken, beans, chilies, green pepper, red pepper, and cheese in a medium-sized bowl. Spoon an equal amount of the mixture into the center of each tortilla, then roll up tortillas.
- Place the filled tortillas in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Spoon sour cream over the top of tortillas. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve hot.
