A simple pizza to make with a yummy topping. Bocconcini is that soft mozzarella that melts evenly and makes for a delicious pizza.

Ingredients
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 4 romas, sliced
  • 1/2 to 1 cup fresh basil leaves (or make a pesto sauce)
  • 4 bocconcini, sliced
  • pepper
  • 1 T capers, rinsed

Directions
  1. Oven @ 425F.
  2. Brush pizza crust with oil and garlic.
  3. Arrange ingredients evenly.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes.
