How to make it

  • separate dough into individual biscuits, roll out to flatten
  • mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl,
  • dip cream cheese into butter and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture
  • place cream cheese into center of rolled out biscuit, place a couple of chocolate chips (minis work well).
  • gather up sides of dough to enclose filling
  • press edges of dought together to seal
  • place seam sides up in lightly greased muffin tins
  • drizzle with any remaining butter, sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar
  • bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
