How to make it

  • cream together butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt in large bowl
  • add dry ingredients
  • slowly add milk
  • add corn and stir in by hand
  • fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full
  • bake 400 degrees 20-25 minutes or until muffin tops begin to turn brown.
