How to make it

  • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder and plum together.
  • Blend well then slice mushrooms and dip each slice into sauce covering well.
  • Let marinate 20 minutes.
  • Mix pepper, zucchini, scallions and garlic in bowl.
  • Drain marinade from mushrooms and toss with the vegetables.
  • Blend macadamias, lemon juice and water in blender until creamy.
  • Place marinated mushrooms on a plate and top with vegetables.
  • Spoon nut mixture over top.
