Herb Encrusted Mushroom Steaks

- 2 large portobello mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1/3 cup extra virgin oil oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons cardamom powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1 large plum, seeded and mashed shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup zucchini chopped small shopping list
- 1/2 cup scallions finely chopped shopping list
- 1 clove pressed garlic shopping list
- 1 cup soaked macadamias shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, cumin, cardamom, garlic powder and plum together.
- Blend well then slice mushrooms and dip each slice into sauce covering well.
- Let marinate 20 minutes.
- Mix pepper, zucchini, scallions and garlic in bowl.
- Drain marinade from mushrooms and toss with the vegetables.
- Blend macadamias, lemon juice and water in blender until creamy.
- Place marinated mushrooms on a plate and top with vegetables.
- Spoon nut mixture over top.
