Ingredients
  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough (thawed)
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar and cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large box vanilla pudding (do not use instant)
  • Raisins and nuts

Directions
  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place nuts and raisins on bottom, cut or tear one loaf of bread into pieces and place on nuts. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Melt one stick butter, add milk and brown sugar. Mix well and add pudding. Spread on bread in pan. Tear or cut remaining bread and place in empty spaces. Cover with towel and let rise (2 to 3 hours). Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately turn over onto platter.
