How to make it

  • Mix water, honey and mustard in skillet. Add ham. Cover and heat until boiling; reduce heat.
  • Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes turning once. Remove sliced ham from sauce and set aside on platter. Stir in soured cream into the homey mustard sauce and heat for another minute.
  • Pour over prepared ham. Sprinkle with green onion.
