Broccoli And Red Pepper Saute Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 - cups small broccoli florets
  • 2 - red bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1/4 - cup cashew or almond nuts. toasted
  • 1/2 - clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 2 - tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 - cup water
  • salt and spice seasoning to taste

Directions
  1. Heat vegetable oil then add broccoli, bell pepper, onio nad garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add water ans season with salt or seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Sprinkle with cashew or almond nuts
  4. Serve hot
