How to make it

  • Seive together the flour, salt, mustard and cayenne.
  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz for one minute, until it goes together into a ball. You can do this by hand instead.
  • Wrap in foil and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oven to a moderate heat - around 200°C
  • Roll out to about ½ inches deep and cut into lengths of around 3 x ½ inch lengths.
  • Put on a lightly floured baking tray and bake for around 15-20 minutes or until turning golden.
  • Try to cool on a rack - this is when most of ours go missing.
