Ingredients
  • 30 oz Pumpkin filling
  • 5 oz evaporated milk (carnation is best)
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 12 mini pie crusts (graham cracker is best)

Directions
  1. mix pumpkin filling, evaporated milk, eggs in large bowl
  2. pour into shells
  3. cook on 375*F for 45-50 minutes or until you poke with fork and fork comes out clean.
