How to make it

  • Melt the chocolate or mint chips or bark in microwave or double boiler
  • In lg bowl, mix together the melted chips and corn syrup
  • Blend well
  • Pour onto wax papered cookie sheet and cover with another sheet of wax paper
  • Refrigerate at least 5 hours till firm but pliable
  • Roll out into 30 balls
  • Shape into whatever figures you desire
  • Enjoy!!!
  • The chocolate balls can also be used to make flower petals and leaves to decorate cakes. Use your imagination and I'm sure you can come up with a number of other creative uses
