How to make it

  • Cook pasta acording to package directions
  • While pasta is cooking:
  • Slice tomatoes and onion
  • Saute together in skillet with butter, evoo, bay leaf and italian seasoning
  • Allow to reduce
  • Deglaze with wine and reduce, if desired
  • Top pasta with tomatoes and fresh grated parmesan
