How to make it

  • Steam broccoli and baby corn until half done.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and arrange on a platter.
  • Heat vegetable oil in heavy skillet over meduim fire
  • Sit-fry cashew nuts and garlic for 3 minutes or until golden brown
  • Scatter on top of baby corn-broccoli mixture before serving
  • Serve hot
