Teriyaki Chicken Nibbles

- 750 grams chicken nibbles shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup mirin or sherry shopping list
- 2 tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tsp Crushed ginger shopping list
- 2 tsp Crushed garlic shopping list
- 1-2 tsp sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Combine the soy sauce with mirin or sherry and brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Pour over the chicken nibbles, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight if you have time.
- Preheat the oven to fan grill 200°C or grill 220°C.
- Arrange the marinated chicken nibbles on a rack (discarding the teriyaki marinade) and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Place in the preheated oven and grill for about 15 minutes or until golden, turning occasionally during cooking.
