Triple Chocolate Ganache Torte

- 60 g butter, softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup self-raising flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbsp baking cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- milk GANACHE shopping list
- 3 cups milk Melts shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 30 g butter shopping list
- DARK GANACHE shopping list
- 3 cups Dark Melts shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 30 g butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Grease and line a 10cm x 20cm loaf pan with foil.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Fold in sifted flour and NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa
- alternately with combined milk, egg and vanilla.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan, bake for 20–25 minutes until
- cooked when tested. Turn out and cool on wire
- rack. When cold return cake to foil-lined loaf pan.
- TO PREPARE MILK GANACHE
- Place NESTLÉ Milk Melts in bowl, combine cream and butter in pan, bring to boil, pour over Milk Melts. Stir to combine, allow to cool and thicken. Spread over cake, refrigerate until set.
- TO PREPARE DARK GANACHE
- Repeat as above using NESTLÉ Dark Melts. Spread over Milk Ganache, cover, refrigerate until set.
