  • prep: cut sausage into small round pieces and cut apples into med-thin slices
  • Add sausage and margarine to a skillet on med heat.
  • cook sausage just untill brown
  • Add apple slices and brown sugar and stir well.
  • Reduce heat to med-low and cover.
  • Cook apples untill tender stirring occasionally.
