Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Directions
  1. 1. In self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients. Add meat and let marinate for 30 minutes to 24 hour in refrigerator. Discard leftover marinade.
  2. Makes enough marinade for 4 pork chops.
