Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tsp soda

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake 400 for 40-45 minutes
