Utah Rhubarb Torte

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sweetener shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 3 cups rhubarb shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt together then pat into rectangular cake pan.
- Bake 10 minutes at 375 then remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Mix eggs, sugar substitute, flour, baking powdered and rhubarb together.
- Cover crust with this mixture and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
