Utah Rhubarb Torte Recipe
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brady Estate in Fate, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sweetener
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 cups rhubarb

Directions
  1. Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt together then pat into rectangular cake pan.
  2. Bake 10 minutes at 375 then remove from oven and cool slightly.
  3. Mix eggs, sugar substitute, flour, baking powdered and rhubarb together.
  4. Cover crust with this mixture and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
