How to make it

  • Meatballs:
  • Mix everything together just before the origanum.
  • Mix the bisto and water into the above.
  • Put the bread into the milk until softened.
  • Mix in with the above.
  • Mix in the eggs.
  • Mix in the flour.
  • Form balls.
  • Fry in a pan until done.
  • Sauce:
  • Dissolve the stock in the juice.
  • Saute onion and pepper in the oil.
  • Mix in the pineapple juice mixture and pieces.
  • Mix the maizena, vinegar, sugar, sojasauce and spices.
  • Gradually mix into the rest.
  • Leave to lightly boil for 15 minutes.
  • Put the meatballs into the sauce.
  • Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
