How to make it

  • Washed the rice clean. Mix with the olive oil and 1/4 cup of water and leave for 10mins.
  • Add in balance of the water and boil.
  • Add in carrot, tomato, potato and chicken fillet.
  • Boil for 20mins with low fire.
  • Add in sezhuan vege and boil for another 5mins.
  • Beat the egg and mix with french beans, pour into the porridge.
  • Boil for 2 mins, served with crispy fried shallot and garlic.
