Shrimp Creole

- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 4 tablespoons diced green pepper shopping list
- 3 tablespoons salad oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups cooked or canned tomatoes shopping list
- 2 cups cooked or canned shrimp shopping list
- 3-1/2 cups boiled rice shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons barbecue sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onion, celery and green pepper slowly in salad oil until tender.
- Stir in flour, salt and barbecue sauce.
- Add tomatoes and simmer uncovered 15 minutes.
- Add shrimp and heat through then pour over rice.
