Super Easy Skillet Meatloaf Recipe

This is a favorite of my husbands, and I love it too because of how simple it is. It is a basic recipe which can be jazzed up with other flavors to suit you taste. Perfect for picky eaters!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/8 Cup Milk
- 1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers, Crushed
Directions
- Mix together Beef, Eggs and Milk
- Add crushed Crackers and mix well
- Form into 5-6 patties
- Place into skillet on med-high heat
- Brown one side then flip
- Add water to cover bottom of skillet
- Cover and steam for about 15 minutes
- Add more water as needed until cooked through
