This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Crawford Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups ice cold milk
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • Whipped cream

Directions
  1. Beat eggs thoroughly then add milk and honey.
  2. Pour into shaker and shake vigorously.
  3. Serve with dab of whipped cream.
