Ingredients
  • 8 Golden Delicious apples, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Mostarda di Cremona
  • Pastry for 2 crust pie

Directions
  1. Place apples in a pan with the sugar and water.
  2. Cook for 10 mins after which add the mustard.
  3. Take the pastry and work into a suitable floured and buttered cooking dish.
  4. Place the apple mixture in the dish and cover it with the pastry and seal the edges.
  5. Cook at 350° for 45mins chill completely before serving.
