Venetian Apple Mustard Pie

- 8 golden delicious apples, chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of Mostarda di Cremona shopping list
- Pastry for 2 crust pie shopping list
How to make it
- Place apples in a pan with the sugar and water.
- Cook for 10 mins after which add the mustard.
- Take the pastry and work into a suitable floured and buttered cooking dish.
- Place the apple mixture in the dish and cover it with the pastry and seal the edges.
- Cook at 350° for 45mins chill completely before serving.
